Apartment Stories isn’t just a name — it’s a way of living, creating and selling homes with soul.
The concept was born not from strategy, but from experience. Over the years, we unknowingly became house flippers — not in the traditional sense, but as curators of lived-in spaces so atmospheric that buyers wanted the entire story.
Every time we sold a home, it happened faster than expected. And every time, the new owners insisted on buying the furniture, the art, the scent in the hallway — because, in their words, “we couldn’t do it better ourselves.” They weren’t buying a property. They were buying a concept.
After two such rapid, full-inventory sales, we realised something: we weren’t just designing homes — we were creating turnkey universes.
So this time, we did it on purpose.
We bought and renovated our current apartment with the clear intention to sell it within three years, fully furnished and story-ready. Now that the renovation is almost finished, we’re turning that instinct into a full-time pursuit: carefully renovating and styling small apartments in Paris, authentic homes in Antwerp, and one day — who knows — sun-drenched summer homes in the South.
